"Éisleker Schofsfest
on Sunday 19 September 2021 from 10.00 to 18.00
held at the Cornelyshaff in Heinerscheid

The 5th edition of the "Éisleker Schofsfest" will take place on 19 September at the Cornelyshaff in Heinerscheid. The event highlights the know-how of sheep breeders and craftsmen working with wool.

The "Lëtzebuerger Schéiffergenossenschaft" is responsible for the organisation, in collaboration with the Parc Naturel de l'Our, the Tourist Center of Clervaux and the Fanfare Ste Cécile Heinerscheid. Thanks to the impulse of the INTERREG project AUFTRAG-Wolle, the event is also open to exhibitors and visitors from the Greater Region.

Local and regional producers and craftsmen will present their entire range of products made from sheep's meat, wool and milk. The "Lëtzebuerger Schéiffergenossenschaft" is also organising a Texel sheep competition and various experts will be demonstrating wool spinning or weaving. Local gastronomy will also be on show, with dishes made from sheep meat prepared on site.
