New Year's Eve in style
For the occasion, the Koener offers a 5-course menu in the Chloé restaurant followed by a disco party. Various offers with overnight stay are possible, in Suite or in double room.
The dinner starts with a trio of amuse-bouches at around 6.30 pm and continues with a scallop carpaccio, a crispy soft-boiled egg, a champagne sorbet, a veal medallion, a goat's cheese aumonière and a vanilla-praline millefeuille. The dance floor is open from 11pm.

Traditional New Year's Eve
The programme includes a fondue and raclette evening in the Scheifferei, a restaurant built in a former stable. The band "Two man sounds" will be performing during the evening.
You can choose between venaison's fondues with red wine broth, Bourguignonnes-fondues or raclettes with Luxembourg cheeses. The team welcomes you with an assortment of appetizers and the meal ends with a plate of gourmet desserts.
