Clervaux Castle Garden

Program

A garden in images

Various photographic installations, throughout the city of Clervaux, transform it into an open-air gallery. Discover Kay Walkowiak’s new exhibition at the Jardin du Château and let yourself be captivated by the special bond between art and nature.

The repercussions of human activity in the Anthropocene era reveal an interdependent world, where art connects the human and the non-human. The boundary between nature and culture is blurring: in Encounters, artist Kay Walkowiak has placed minimalist objects amongst wild monkeys, who explore them with curiosity and make them their own. Art thus loses its special status and becomes part of a shared ecological cycle – a fleeting trace in the continuous flow of nature.
